Responsible Gaming at ct998
ct998 is dedicated to keeping gambling safe, fair, and fun for every player in Bangladesh. Know your limits, play within them, and always put your wellbeing first.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At ct998, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core part of who we are and how we serve Bangladeshi players every day.
ct998 is Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, and we take that trust seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be a way to earn income, solve financial problems, or escape from personal difficulties. We strongly believe that every player deserves a safe, controlled, and enjoyable experience every time they visit our platform.
We offer a range of responsible gaming tools designed to help you stay in control of your gambling activity. Whether you want to set a daily deposit limit, take a short break, or request a permanent self-exclusion, ct998 makes it simple and immediate. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you, and we never judge — your wellbeing always comes before our revenue.
All ct998 services are strictly for players aged 21 and above. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and fair-play certified systems to ensure a safe and transparent environment for every Bangladeshi player. We also encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.

Safe Play Guidelines
Follow these practical tips to keep gambling enjoyable and under control at all times.
-
Set a budget before you play
Decide on a maximum amount you can comfortably afford to lose before starting any session. Never chase losses by depositing more than your pre-set budget.
-
Play for fun, not for income
Treat gambling as entertainment with a cost, just like going to the cinema or a concert. Never rely on winnings to pay bills, rent, or everyday expenses.
-
Take regular breaks
Step away from the screen every hour. Use the ct998 time-out feature to enforce a cooling-off period if you feel you are spending too much time gambling online.
-
Never gamble under stress or alcohol
Avoid gambling when you are emotionally distressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol. Poor decisions made in these states can lead to rapid and significant financial loss.
-
Keep gambling and personal finances separate
Use only a dedicated amount set aside purely for entertainment when depositing via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Never use rent money, savings, or borrowed funds for gambling purposes.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you or someone you know is showing any of the following signs, it may be time to take a break or seek professional help:
- Spending more money or time on gambling than originally planned
- Chasing losses by placing increasingly larger bets to recover previous losses
- Neglecting work, family, studies, or social obligations because of gambling
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling sessions
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling
- Lying to friends or family members about the extent of your gambling activity
Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I set a deposit limit on my ct998 account?
Log in to your ct998 account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately. Increases are delayed by 24 hours for your protection.
-
What is self-exclusion and how do I request it at ct998?
Self-exclusion is a voluntary agreement to close your account and block access for a defined period (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently). To request self-exclusion, email our support team at [email protected] with your registered account details. Your account will be closed within hours and you will not be able to reopen it during the exclusion period.
-
Is ct998 available to players under 21 years old?
No. ct998 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. All new accounts require age verification. If we discover that a player is underage, the account will be permanently closed and all funds returned. We encourage parents and guardians to install parental control software to block access to gambling sites.
-
What should I do if I feel gambling is becoming a problem for me?
First, please know you are not alone — many people face this challenge. We recommend immediately activating a time-out or self-exclusion via your account settings, or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We also encourage you to speak with a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional. Taking early action is the most effective step.

[email protected]Our Long-Term Commitment
ct998 continuously reviews and improves its responsible gaming framework to align with best practices in the industry. We invest in technology, staff training, and player education to ensure that every interaction on our platform is a positive one. We believe that sustainable, responsible growth in the Bangladeshi online gaming market can only be achieved when players feel genuinely safe.
We also remind all players that gambling outcomes are based on chance. No strategy, system, or pattern guarantees a win. The house always maintains a mathematical edge over time. Understanding this is the foundation of responsible play — you come to ct998 to enjoy the excitement, not to guarantee a profit.
Finally, we are proud to be a platform that Bangladeshi players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and across the country choose to trust. That trust comes with a responsibility we do not take lightly. Play safe, play smart, and always play within your means.
